Small Farm-Beach Houses: Rustic on the Pacific

Two beautiful beach houses with a splendid ocean view and a rustic look, located on Langosta Beach. These farm houses are sample of Costa Rican lifestyle during the early 1900’s, and since that time, civilization hasn’t changed them. So expect no television, clocks or air conditioning, but only the exotic sounds of monkeys, birds, horses and nature. Pequeña Finca is our own expression of rustic houses surrounded by the natural scenic environment of the tropical dry forest and a view of the crystal-clear water of the Pacific Ocean at Langosta Beach. There are 2 houses in total.

CASONA MATAPALO

This house can bunk 20 guests on 4 bedrooms, this is a two-story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs and 3 bathrooms. It provides kitchen and a dining room facing the blue waters of the pacific and from the balcony you can relax on a rocking chair and enjoy the outstandings sunsets of our coasts.

CASITA FARO LINDO

With 2 bedrooms, full-size beds, air conditioning and living room with a full sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with hot water, kitchen, dining hall, office, telephone, and roofed parking area. Maximum capacity: 6 people.
